Air Intake Control System: Description

The air intake control system supplies air for all engine needs. The system consists of the air cleaner, air intake pipe, throttle body, electronic idle control valve (EICV), fast idle mechanism and intake manifold. A resonator in air intake pipe provides silencing as air is drawn into the system.
