Starter Signal

Connect PGM-FI test harness between ECU and ECU connectors. Check voltage on PGM-FI test harness terminals B13 (positive) and A18 (negative) with ignition in ON position. If battery voltage is present, starter signal is okay. If voltage is NOT present, inspect fuse No. 13. If fuse is okay, repair open in Black/White wire between ECU and No. 13 fuse.
