Description & Operation

A permanent magnet motor operates each power window. The driver's master switch controls all windows. Passenger switches control only the associated window. If the main switch is in OFF position, only the driver's window operates.

AUTO mode permits driver's window to be fully lowered or raised without holding switch. Pressing switch past its first detent position will engage AUTO mode, fully lowering or raising window. AUTO function is controlled by an integral pulser within the driver's window motor assembly. The pulser cannot be serviced separately.
