Full Field Test

CAUTION: DO NOT allow system voltage to exceed 18 volts during full field test procedure.

Ground regulator using metal probe through full field access hole in rear housing. See Fig 1. If amperage is 40 amps or more, replace voltage regulator. If amperage is less than 40 amps, replace alternator.
