Ignition Coil Power Source

  1. On Integra and Vigor, remove distributor cap. On all models, disconnect ignition coil primary leads. Turn ignition on. Using voltmeter, check voltage between ground and Black/Yellow wire (terminal "A") of ignition coil(s) wiring harness. See Figure , Figure or Figure .
  2. Ensure battery voltage exists. If battery voltage does not exist, check for open in Black/Yellow wire between ignition coil and ignition switch. If wire is okay, go to appropriate IGNITOR INPUT TEST.
