Fuel Gauge Sending Unit Test: Legend

Remove access cover in luggage compartment area. Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect 3-pin connector at sending unit. Remove fuel sender retaining nuts and remove sender. Measure resistance between sending unit terminals "A" and "B". See Fig 2 . Ensure resistance values are within specifications. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT RESISTANCE table.
