Fuel System Pressure Release
WARNING:
ALWAYS release fuel pressure before disconnecting any fuel injection-related component. DO NOT allow fuel to contact engine or electrical components.
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove fuel filler cap. Place a rag or shop towel over service bolt. Loosen 6 mm service bolt one complete turn while holding the banjo bolt. See Fig 1 . Always use new washers on both sides of banjo bolt.
