Starter Signal

Connect PGM-FI test harness between ECU and vehicle harness. Measure voltage on PGM-FI test harness terminals B9 (positive) and A26 (negative) with ignition switch in START position. If battery voltage is present, starter signal is okay. If voltage is not present, inspect fuse No. 18. If fuse is okay, repair open in Blue/White wire between ECU and fuse No. 18.
