Anti-Lock Warning Light Stays On

  1. If warning light stays on after 3 seconds, ensure LED on control unit is blinking. If LED is not blinking, see ANTI-LOCK WARNING LIGHT under TROUBLE SHOOTING  . If warning light is still on after going through checks in ANTI-LOCK WARNING LIGHT, check control unit connector.
  2. If connector is okay, check ABS fuse No. 2. Check for open in White wire between ABS fuse No. 2 and control unit.
  3. Check Black/Yellow wire between fuse No. 17 and fail-safe relays. Check Green wire between fail safe relays.
  4. Check for short in Blue/Red wire between instrument panel and control unit. Check for open in White/Blue wire between alternator and control unit. If problem cannot be found, install a known good control unit and retest.
