Bench Testing: Brushes

Brush holder is accessed by removing end cover and removing 2 retaining screws. Ensure brushes slide smoothly in holder assembly. Check brush holder and brushes for cracks or other damage. Minimum brush length should be .22" (5.5 mm). If brushes are damaged or worn, replace brush holder assembly.
