Fuel Rails & Injectors: Removal
- Relieve fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . On Legend and Vigor, remove engine harness cover(s). On Legend refer to illustration. See Figure. On all models, unplug injector electrical connectors. Place a rag over pressure regulator fuel return hose.
- Disconnect vacuum hose and fuel return hose from pressure regulator. Disconnect fuel line from fuel rail. Remove fuel rail retaining nuts and fuel rail. Remove injectors from intake manifold.
