Starter Signal

Connect ECM test harness between ECM and harness connector. Measure voltage on ECM test harness terminals B9 (positive) and A26 (negative) with ignition switch in START position. See Figure . If battery voltage is present, starter signal is okay. If voltage is not present, inspect fuse No. 18. If fuse is okay, repair open in Blue/White wire between ECM and fuse No. 18.
