Power Circuits
- Check for battery voltage between ECM terminal D1 and ground. If battery voltage is not present, check fuse No. 15. (located in underdash fuse block). If fuse is okay, check for an open in Yellow/Blue wire between fuse block and ECM.
- Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage between ground and ECM terminals A25 and C1. If battery voltage is not present, check fuse No. 5 (located in underdash fuse block). If fuse is okay, check for an open in Yellow/Black wire between main relay and ECM terminals A25 and B1, defective main relay, or defective ignition switch.
- Connect DVOM between ECM terminal C11 and ground. Hold ignition switch in START position. Battery voltage should be present between ECM terminal C11 and ground ONLY when ignition switch is in the START position.
- If battery voltage is not present, check fuse No. 14 (located in underdash fuse block). If fuse is okay, check for an open in Blue/White wire between fuse No. 18 and terminal C11 of ECM, or check for a defective ignition switch.
