Starter Signal

Connect ECM test harness between ECM and ECM connectors. Check voltage on ECM test harness terminals C11 (positive) and A26 (negative) with ignition switch in ON position. See Figure . If battery voltage is present, starter signal is okay. If voltage is not present, inspect fuse No. 14. If fuse is okay, repair open in Black/White wire between ECM and fuse No. 14.
