Code P0101 - MAF Sensor Range/Performance

  1. Clear codes. Start engine. Retrieve codes. If Code P0101 appears, go to next step. If Code P0101 does not appear, problem is intermittent. Inspect for poor connections or loose wires associated with MAF sensor and ECM, then repair as necessary.
  2. Repair any other codes that may exist. If no other codes exist, temporarily substitute known good MAF sensor, then retest system.
