3 (2) MAP Sensor MAP Sensor Electrical Problem
4  Crank Angle Sensor No. 1 Sensor Circuit Problem
5 (2) MAP Sensor MAP Sensor Mechanical Problem
6 (2)(3) Coolant Temperature Sensor Open/Shorted Signal Circuit
7 (3) Throttle Position Sensor Open/Shorted Signal Circuit
9  Cylinder Position Sensor No. 1 Problem In CYL Sensor Circuit
10  Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Open/Shorted Signal Circuit
12  EGR System No EGR Action
13  Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor Open/Shorted Signal Circuit

59  Cylinder Position No. 2 Sensor Problem In CYL Sensor Circuit
(1) If other codes appear, repeat self-diagnosis. If codes reappear, temporarily substitute a known good ECM, then recheck codes.
(2) If TCS indicator light also blinks, TCS control unit may require diagnosis. See DTC 3-1 - PGM-FI (TC STB, TC FC & TC INH SIGN in TRACTION CONTROL article.
(3) If D4 on automatic transaxle indicator panel also blinks, A/T control unit may require diagnosis.
