DTC P0300: Random Misfire
- If any of the following codes are set, service them first:
- P0101, P0102, P0103 (MAF sensor)
- P0171, P0172 (fuel metering)
- P0401, P1491, P1498 (EGR system)
- P0505 (idle control)
- P1361, P1362 (TDC sensor)
- P1381, P1382 (CYP sensor)
- P1508 (IAC valve)
- Check the following items/systems for damage, wear, etc.;
- Air Cleaner Element
- Fuel Pressure
- Ignition System
- MAF Sensor
- Ignition Control Module
- Valve Adjustment
- EGR System
- CKP Sensor
- Idle Air Control Valve
