Starter Signal

Measure voltage between PCM connector terminals C6 and A9 with ignition switch in START position. See Figure. If battery voltage exists, starter signal is okay. If voltage does not exist, inspect fuse No. 18 (7.5-amp). If fuse is okay, repair open in Blue/White wire between PCM and fuse No. 18. If fuse is blown, check Blue/White wire for short to ground. Repair as necessary.
