Driver's Power Window Motor Test (Hatchback)

Remove door panel. Disconnect power window motor 4-pin connector. Using fused jumper wire, connect battery voltage to power window motor 4-pin connector terminal No. 1 (Red/Blue wire). Ground 4-pin connector terminal No. 2 (Red/Yellow wire). See Figure . Motor should run in UP direction. Reverse jumper wires. Motor should run in DOWN direction. Replace motor if it does not run smoothly in both directions.
