Starter Switch Signal: Integra

Backprobing, measure voltage between PCM 32-pin connector terminal No. 9 (Brown/Black wire) and PCM 31-pin connector terminal No. 6 (Blue/White wire) with ignition switch in START position. See Figure. If battery voltage is present, starter signal is okay. If battery voltage is not present, inspect STARTER SIGNAL fuse No. 31 (7.5-amp) located in underdash fuse/relay box. If fuse is okay, repair open in Blue/White wire between PCM 31-pin connector terminal No. 6 and STARTER SIGNAL fuse No. 31. If fuse is blown, repair short in Blue/White wire between PCM 31-pin connector and fuse No. 18 or PGM-FI main relay. Replace STARTER SIGNAL fuse No. 31.
