Door Window Glass
- Place vehicle on level surface. Check weatherstrips and glass run channel for damage or wear. Remove door panel. See DOOR PANEL
under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Ensure guide pin is installed in rear channel guide properly.
- Raise glass fully. Loosen glass mounting bolts and regulator mounting bolts. See Fig 2
. Push glass rearward. Tighten glass mounting bolts and regulator mounting bolts.
- Loosen front channel bolts. Lower glass fully. Push front channel against glass, then tighten mounting bolts. Ensure window operates smoothly. Ensure glass contacts glass run channel evenly. Check for water leaks. Readjust as necessary. Install plastic cover and door panel.
