Starter Switch Signal: 3.5RL
Backprobing, measure voltage between PCM 26-pin connector terminal No. 26 (Brown/Black wire) and PCM 12-pin connector terminal No. 6 (Blue/Red wire) with ignition switch in START position. See Figure. If battery voltage is present, starter signal is okay. If battery voltage is not present, inspect STARTER SIGNAL fuse No. 9 (7.5-amp) on 3.2TL or fuse No. 14 (7.5-amp) on 3.5RL. If fuse is okay, repair open in Blue/Red wire between PCM 12-pin connector and fuse. If fuse is blown, repair short in Blue/Red wire between PCM 12-pin connector and fuse or PGM-FI main relay. Replace fuse.
