Modulator Unit: Notes

Modulator unit consists of a pump, pump motor, inlet and outlet solenoid valves, TCS normally open (NO) solenoid valve, TCS normally closed (NC) solenoid valve, reservoir and damping chamber. ABS/TCS hydraulic circuit is a 4-channel independent type with one channel for each wheel. ABS/TCS hydraulic control has 3 operating modes, pressure reduction, pressure retaining and pressure intensifying.
