Driver's Power Window Motor
- Remove door panel. Disconnect power window motor 4-pin connector. Using fused jumper wire, connect battery voltage to power window motor 4-pin connector terminal "B" (Red/Blue wire). Ground 4-pin connector terminal "A" (Red/Yellow wire). See Fig 1
. Motor should run in UP direction. Reverse jumper wires. Motor should run in DOWN direction. If power window motor runs smoothly in both directions, test driver's power window motor pulser. Go to next step. If power window motor does not run smoothly in both directions, replace power window motor.
- Connect analog ohmmeter between power window motor 4-pin connector terminals "C" (Blue wire) and "D" (Black wire). Using fused jumper wires, connect battery voltage to power window motor 4-pin connector terminal "B" (Red/Blue wire). Ground 4-pin connector terminal "A" (Red/Yellow wire). If ohmmeter needle does not swing back and forth while motor operates, replace motor.
