Retrieving Trouble Codes

  1. Connect SCS Service Connector (07PAZ-0010100) or Honda PGM tester to 2-pin service check connector located under glove box. See Fig 1. Without depressing brake pedal, turn ignition switch to ON position (without starting engine). Record blinking ABS indicator light sequence. See Fig 2.
  2. First code number indicates main code and second code number indicates sub code. To recheck sequence, turn ignition off and then turn it on again. After DTCs have been retrieved, conduct appropriate test procedures. If light does not flash DTC(s), go to ABS INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS ON  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
