Right Mirror Inoperative
- Connect a fused jumper wire between 10-pin connector terminal No. 1 (Yellow/Black wire) and terminal No. 8 (Yellow/White wire). See Fig 1. Connect a second fused jumper wire between ground and 10-pin connector terminal No. 4 (Blue/White wire). Turn ignition on. Right mirror should tilt down. If mirror does not tilt down, check for open in Blue/White wire between power mirror switch and right mirror. If wire is okay, go to next step.
- Move second fused jumper wire from terminal No. 4 (Blue/White wire) to terminal No. 10 (Light Green wire). Right mirror should swing left. If mirror does not swing left, check for open in Light Green wire between power mirror switch and right mirror. If wires are okay, check right mirror motor. See POWER MIRROR MOTOR under COMPONENT TESTS.
- If mirror does not tilt down and does not swing left, check for open in Yellow/White wire between power mirror switch and right mirror. If mirror operates properly, check power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTS.
