Door Glass Adjustment

Place vehicle on level surface. Check weather-stripping and glass run channel for damage or wear. Repair as necessary. Remove door panel and plastic cover. See DOOR PANEL under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
Raise power window until glass mounting bolts are accessible. Loosen mounting bolts. See Fig 1 . Push glass against center channel and tighten mounting bolts.
Ensure glass moves smoothly. Raise power window fully. Ensure glass contacts glass run channel evenly. See Fig 2 . Verify seal by running water over roof and along glass run channel. Install plastic cover and door panel. Apply adhesive along edge of plastic cover to maintain a continuous seal, leaving elongated holes open.
