Improved Powertrain Control Module

Dear 3.2CL/3.2TL Owner:

Recently, your Acura dealer replaced the transmission in your vehicle. While we are confident the replacement transmission will provide years of trouble-free service, we have also developed an enhanced powertrain control module (PCM) and, for some vehicles, a new fuel pressure regulator. These new parts improve the performance and durability of your transmission. We are offering you these parts free of charge. This offer is available only within one year of receiving this letter.

How to Get Your Free Part(s)

Call any authorized Acura dealer (preferably, the one who replaced the transmission), and make an appointment to have your vehicle updated. The dealer will install an improved PCM and, if needed, a new fuel pressure regulator. Please plan to leave your vehicle at the dealer about half a day to allow them some flexibility in scheduling.

If you have any questions about this letter, or comments on the service you receive from your Acura dealer, please call Acura Client Services at (800) 382-2238, and select Option 2.

Thank you for your continued patronage as one of our valued customers.

Sincerely,

American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
