Lack Of Power

Check fuel pressure. See BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES article.
Check throttle cable and throttle body for binding, misadjustment or sticking.
Check Throttle Position (TP) sensor. See DTC P0122, P0123, P1121 or P1122 in appropriate SELF-DIAGNOSTICS article.
On Integra, check Intake Air By-Pass (IAB) control system. See SYSTEM & COMPONENT TESTING article.
On 3.5RL, check intake manifold runner control (IMRC) system and intake air duct.
Check air cleaner.
Check 3-way catalytic converter for restriction.
Check Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. See DTC P0106, P0107, P0108, P1128 or P1129 in appropriate SELF-DIAGNOSTICS article.
Check engine compression.
