(1) These DTCs will be indicated by the blinking of the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) with the SCS Service Connector connected.
(2) These DTCs require 2 "trips" or driving cycles to set unless SCS Service Connector is connected.
(3) 2001-03 models only.
(4) 2004 model only.
(5) DTC P0700 indicates that the MIL came on because an automatic transmission DTC was set. Go to A/T menu on scan tool to check A/T DTC and freeze data.
(6) See appropriate DIAGNOSIS article in AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS.
(7) The D4 indicator light and the MIL may come on simultaneously.
(8) Vehicles equipped with Traction Control System (TCS)/Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA). See appropriate article in BRAKES.
