SERVICE INFORMATION
If pressing the steering wheel-mounted remote audio volume button on a '97-03 3.2TL, '98-03 3.2CL, or '01-03 MDX changes the radio stations or CD tracks, refer to service bulletin 03-015 , Remote Audio Controls Do Not Work Properly. The service bulletin will show you how to dimple the top steering column bearing shield. If the radio remote still does not operate properly after dimpling the bearing shield, then replace the steering column.
