- Poor AM or FM radio reception or interference
- Power switch will not turn ON (No information display and no sound)
- Radio preset memory is lost
- Power switch will hot turn off radio (information on display)
- Radio stays powered with the ignition switch OFF
- Audio unit frequently asks for the anti-theft code
- No sound is heard from speaker(s) (display is normal)
- Audio system sound is weak or distorted (display is normal)
- Poor or no sound with XM radio (Audio unit does display XM channels)
- Stereo amplifier has no sound
- Volume is too high or too low when driving at freeway speeds
- Volume does not increase with speed
- Auxiliary input sound is low or cannot be heard
- Audio system information does not display on the display panel (without navigation) or audio-HVAC subdisplay unit (with navigation). The HVAC controls may also be affected
- Audio remote switch does not work properly
- Audio disc or tape does not load
- Audio disc or tape does not play
- Audio disc skips
- Audio disc does not eject
- Audio disc changer does not load all six discs
