Intake Air Bypass Control Thermal Valve Replacement

Remove the engine cover (see step 2 on REMOVAL-K20Z2 ).
Remove the air intake duct.
- K20Z2 engine (see K20Z2 ENGINE )
- K20Z3 engine (see K20Z3 ENGINE )
Disconnect the hoses (A).

Remove the intake air bypass control thermal valve (B).
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Position the valve angle as shown.
