Make sure you have the anti-theft code for the audio system or the navigation system (if equipped).
Remove the front bumper (see FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Remove the bolts (A), and pipe (B).

Remove the resonator (C).
Remove the battery.
Remove the bolt (D), and duct (E).
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Reinstall the battery, and do these items:
- Enter the anti-theft codes for the audio system or the navigation system (if equipped).
- Set the clock (if needed).
