Yaw Rate-Lateral/Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor Replacement
NOTE:
- Do not damage or drop the sensor as it is sensitive.
- Do not use power tools.
- Check the sensor bracket for a deformation.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Remove the driver's center console trim (see step 4 under CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Disconnect the yaw rate-lateral/longitudinal acceleration sensor 4P connector (A).
- Remove the sensor mounting bolts, then remove the yaw rate-lateral/longitudinal acceleration sensor (B).
- Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
- Do the VSA sensor neutral position memorization (see VSA SENSOR NEUTRAL POSITION MEMORIZATION ).
- Do the yaw rate-lateral/longitudinal acceleration neutral position memorization for SH-AWD system (see SH-AWD® DIFFERENTIAL CLUTCH TORQUE MEMORIZATION ).
