Intake Air Resonator Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner (see AIR CLEANER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  ).
  2. Do the battery terminal disconnection procedure (see USING THE GR8 BATTERY DIAGNOSTIC STATION ).
  3. Remove the battery (see RECONNECTION ).
  4. Remove the front bumper (see FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  5. Remove the left side headlight (see WITH HEADLIGHT LEVELING SYSTEM ).
  6. Remove the clips (A) and cover (B).

  7. Remove the bolts (C), and resonator (D).
  8. Remove the bolts (A) and the resonator chamber (B).

  9. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
  10. Do the battery terminal reconnection procedure (see USING THE GR8 BATTERY DIAGNOSTIC STATION ).
  11. Adjust the headlight to local requirements (see HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT ).
