Shift Lever Knob Replacement

NOTE: Make sure not to get any silicone grease on the terminal part of the connectors and switches, especially if you have silicone grease on your hands or gloves.

Grasp the shift lever boot ring, and slip it out of the shift lever knob.

Remove the screws (A), and remove the shift lever knob (B).

Apply silicone grease to the top (C) of the shift lever rod.
Install a new shift lever knob, and secure it with new screws.
Slide the shift lever boot ring over the shift lever knob until it snaps on.
