1. 3. Remove the three screws and the switch.
2. 4. Swap the power window switch with another known-good switch and test. If the original window switch is faulty; replace it.
3. 5. Install the switch in the reverse order of removal.
4. 6. After replacement, reset the power window control unit (see RESETTING THE POWER WINDOW CONTROL UNIT  ).
