PCM/TCM Reset

NOTE: To reset the PCM/TCM, initialize only the automatic transmission memory stored in the PCM or the TCM.
  1. Select the A/T system with the HDS.
  2. Reset the PCM/TCM with the HDS while the engine is stopped.
  3. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), or press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode, and wait for 30 seconds.
  5. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, and disconnect the HDS from the DLC.
