Rear Power Window Motor Test
- Remove the rear door panel (see
REAR DOOR PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
).
- Test the rear power window motor in each direction by connecting battery power and ground to the rear power window switch 14P connector (A) according to the table.

- If the motor does not run or fails to run smoothly, go to step 4.
- Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the rear power window motor (B).

- Check for continuity between rear power window switch 14P connector terminals No. 1 and No. 7, and rear power window motor 2P connector terminals No. 1 and No. 2 respectively. There should be continuity.

- If there is no continuity, repair an open or high resistance in the wire(s). If the wire harness is OK, the rear power window motor is faulty, replace the rear door regulator (see
REAR DOOR GLASS AND REGULATOR REPLACEMENT
).
