Altitude Sensor
Depending on altitude or barometric pressure, the altitude sensor sends a varying voltage signal to the FICU to correct the air fuel mixture. The ICU also uses this signal to determine proper ignition timing. The altitude sensor is attached to the ignition control unit mounting bracket behind the left kick panel. See Figure .
