Temperature Sensor

The temperature sensor consists of 2 thermally variable resistors. One of the resistors signals the temperature of the coolant to the ICU. The other resistor signals the same information to the FICU.

These signals are used to provide corrections to the air fuel mixture, depending on coolant temperature. Both resistors have the same resistance value. The temperature sensor is located in the cylinder head coolant outlet flange.
