Throttle Angle Output Signal Checking: Notes

NOTE: All voltage and continuity tests should be performed with a Digital Volt-Ohmmeter (DVOM) with a minimum 10-megohm input impedance, unless specifically stated differently in testing procedures. For help with diagnostic testing. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .

NOTE: The throttle valve position output signal can be used as a load signal for other control modules (e.g. for the automatic transmission). Perform the following check ONLY if the output signal is actually used for another control module. Currently, this signal is output, but not used.
