(1) Body code designated by 7th and 8th digit of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). See VIN DEFINITION below.
(2) Engine code letters and engine serial number are located on right side of engine block between cylinder head and power steering pump. See Figure . An adhesive label on drive belt cover also identifies engine code and engine serial number. Engine code is additionally located on vehicle data plate.
(3) Engine identified by 5th digit of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
(4) Sequential Fuel Injection (SFI).
(5) Distributorless ignition.
