Test sequence

• Connect VAS5051 tester or VAG1551 scan tool and select control module for engine electronics using "address word" 01. See VAS 5051 VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC, TESTING AND INFORMATION SYSTEM OR VAG1551 SCAN TOOL (ST), CONNECTING AND SELECTING FUNCTIONS .

  Engine must run at idle for this.

When indicated on display:

• Press buttons -0- and -8- to select "Read measuring value block" function 08. Press -Q- button to confirm input.

When indicated on display:

• Press buttons -0-, -1- and -4- to select "display group number 014" and press -Q- button to confirm input.

When indicated on display:
