Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- On a USA vehicle, remove the driver side knee airbag. Refer to Knee Airbag with Igniter N295/N296, Removing and Installing .

-- Disengage the 7-chamber relay/fuse panel from the mount with the wires still connected. Refer o RELAY AND FUSE PANELS BEHIND INSTRUMENT PANEL ON DRIVER SIDE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the spring -4- and remove the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519- -3-.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1, 2, 7, 8 and 9-.

-- Disconnect the connectors -5- and -6-.

-- To disconnect the connector, press the catch -1-, rotate the retaining bracket in the direction of the -arrow- and remove the connector.
