Selector Mechanism, Disassembling And Assembling: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the Selector Lever Release Button -E681- and the Selector Lever Transmission Range Position Display Unit -Y26-, -3- into the selector lever handle upper section -2-.

-- Install the cover -1-.

-- Install the three bolts -arrows- carefully.

CAUTION:

Danger of damaging the components.

The tightening specification for the three screws if very small (-Item 4- OVERVIEW - SELECTOR MECHANISM - List Item:Bolt).

-- Make sure the three clips -1- fit correctly into the bottom of the selector lever handle upper section. Push them in if necessary.

-- Attach the selector lever handle upper section -1- to the selector lever handle lower section -2-.
