Overview - Engine Mount

- Thread cutting
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.

Support Bearing, Installation Position
- The raised section -2- of the engine support must engage into the opening -1- on the support bearing.
Installation Position - Sensor with Assembly Mount Actuator
- The sensor with the actuator -2- must engage in the hole -arrow- on the engine mount -1-.
Assembly Mount Control Module J931, Audi A6/A7
- Component location: in the left front wheel housing on the A-pillar.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
-- Tighten the bolts -1- to 8 Nm.
Assembly Mount Control Module J931, Audi A8
- Component location: in the left front wheel housing on the A-pillar.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
-- Tighten the nuts -1 and 4- to 6 Nm.
-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- to 6 Nm.
