Digital Sound System Control Module -J525-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 8RF: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Set the ignition key outside of the vehicle.

-- Remove the left luggage compartment side trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

The bracket -2- with the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1- must be removed first.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Insert the : VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST bus connector -2-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Pivot out the bracket -2- with the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1- from the bracket -2-.
