Rearview Camera -R189-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

The Rearview Camera -R189- is integrated in the Release Button in Rear Lid Handle -E234-. The Rearview Camera -R189- and the Release Button in Rear Lid Handle - E234- cannot be separated. If damaged, the entire Release Button in Rear Lid Handle -E234- must be replaced with the rearview camera.

-- Remove and install the Release Button in Rear Lid Handle -E234-. Refer to RELEASE BUTTON IN REAR LID HANDLE -E234-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If replacing the control module, select the "Replace control module" function for the corresponding control module on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

• After removing and installing the Rearview Camera -R189- the rearview camera system must be calibrated. Refer to REARVIEW CAMERA SYSTEM, CALIBRATING .
